OVER THE TOP ROOFING

This is not a good company to have do your work if you are a single woman. the owner would not listen to my suggestions, talked above, kept changing his billing amounts and had workers that banged the shingle packs on my roof and caused 2 light bulbs to break and some things to fall off my wall, they did not understand english and the contractor was not around for me to ask them to stop banging the shingle packs on roof. he refused to give me receipts for the shingles and did not give me an itemized bill, and at first wanted all the money up front, he only did the roof but is trying to bill me for other things i had other people do.

The tree removal was contracted out through the man in charge. Turned out to be a con man that had charges against him in many areas for burglary and walking out on jobs premature after being paid. That was not through the business, just an example of who we are dealing with. Then the roof started leaking when finished. We asked them to stop out and look at it in the spring time when they could see it. It took 5 unanswered calls by me, 3 visits, a promise to come back in the next couple of days, 3 weeks and a few more calls later, a service that we were led to believe would be free due to it being their mistake, we were informed that it would cost an additional $750. This is a business that is not to be trusted. Stay away and find other trustworthy people.

Mr. Bovich is an honest individual. Any roofer can puff up the cost by replacing roof panels that are just fine. They did not try that trick
