Landscaping
I disliked their customer service and their timeliness. The interaction was not well because they'd tell me they would be out a certain week to finish something but they'd never show up. When I questioned them they would say they would be out the following week but they'd still never show up. It was a bad experience. The work that they did was actually pretty good to begin with but when they finally came out to finish it apparently I don't know if they were mad at me or if they just did a bad quality job. When they put the sealant over the patio they actually just sealed in some bird crap that is now sealed into the patio that I have to get out somehow. So to begin with it was good but at the end it was bad.
