Very disappointed in the outcome of this contact. Established contact, was very courteous and professional. Described a suggested resolution to problem, and gave a reasonable estimate of work, and scheduled an appointment. Due to weather, it was understandable that the first appointment was canceled due to vehicle breakdown, this appointment was on Friday. A promise was made for a Monday morning appointment, the vendor did not keep that appointment. Have reschedule work with another vendor.

This is the 3rd or 4th time they have done this work for us. They are prompt, clean, neat and reliable. Down to earth and no pretense. Just good hard-working people. We will continue to use them indefinitely.

He returned my call promptly, arrived on time and completed the work that was needed in a reasonable amount of time. Cloths were laid on the carpet and a vacuum ran while he was sweeping the chimney, so that no dust escaped into the room. He cleaned everything very well. We plan to use him the next time and I would recommend his service.
Description of Work
Cleaned chimney using extension brushes, so it could be accomplished from the fireplace. He also vacuumed and removed all the ashes from the fireplace.

Bill has cleaned our chimney for over 20 years. He has always been on time, neat and careful not to make a mess. He is very friendly. His company calls each year to make our annual appointment. He is very reliable and I wouldn't think of using anyone else for our chimney cleaning.
