They were great. They were priced pretty competitively. We decided to go with them because they offered us the best price and they were very good.

On a Friday, a contractor was out to mark underground connections to the house. Qwest also sent an individual out to check for phone lines(There were none). When the job was performed, we found the cover still in tact despite the tank being filled with rock. The cover was taken away and the hole filled with dirt. Tom took pictures and registered the septic tank as "Abandoned." An inspector was out later to check. The final bill for the job was less than the original estimate. Probably due to the tank already having rock in it saving both time and materials required.

As part of our home remodel, we needed to have our septic system upgraded to meet the town's requirements. Tom Zellmer (the owner) showed up on time (with his son to help him). He communicated well with us, and made sure he understood what we wanted. He was careful, and did a good job.
