I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent, than Dennis Madden. I had a very tight budget, a long list of wants in a property, a
crunched time frame and even more marital and financial complications. Dennis found me just the right mortgage agent to work with for my circumstances. Dennis showed me the perfect house for me and my family. He held my hand, counseled me when things were challenging, and he was on top of every single detail of the transaction the entire way. I NEVER ever worried that Dennis was going to let me down and he did not. I knew from his actions and tone that he was working FOR me. He made me feel like I was his only client. I truly can't say enough good things about Dennis' business practices, his charisma, professionalism, and his attention to every single detail of the property and the mortgage transaction. After my move in several days after closing on the property, Dennis appeared at my new house's front door bearing pizzas & pop for me, my friends and family who were at the house helping us get settled!
