We have used them in the past so have experience with them but they had to come back 2 or 3 times on the water heater project.

"According to my records we got a call to check if the water heater was leaking on 7/12/12. We had originally installed the heater on 4/12/12. We found the heater to be leaking, ordered a new one and installed it the next morning at no charge to the customer because it was covered under warranty. I am sorry for the inconvenience to the customer but the defective heater was not due to any negligence on our part."

He were very thorough and clean. I felt like he gave me honest answers. He also found a piece of pipe that was starting to corrode so he replaced it with a part he already had on hand which was nice since he could have charged me while going to buy it. He was knowledgeable and gave me some advice on things to do to extend the life of our faucet. He was very professional and punctual to the minute. He was not the cheapest, but we were very happy with the service.

The utility company found a couple of gas leaks when they came out to check on a gas smell in the laundry/furnace room. The gas to the appliances was shut off. I called E.W. Day on Monday afternoon and they scheduled Ryan to come out the next day at 1:00. He was there within five minutes of his appointment time, surveyed the needed repairs and brought the required parts in from his truck within the first 10 minutes. Repairs were made promptly and in less time than I had anticipated. I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work completed.

This is a small plumbing company and the worker that comes over is great. Once when he was over he showed me a problem that was developing that would have been a huge problem. But since he caught it he managed to prevent it. I really appreciated that since he didn't have to do it. He does great work.

They are easy to schedule an appointment with. So far the person they have sent out has been great to work with and has been very respectful of our home. The prices are very reasonable for the services they provide.
