Chuck, the salesman was a super nice guy. He was really fair with me with the price. They address any issues that I have before and after the sale. My real issue was their service. I was on the impression of getting a forty five thousand mile service and I did not get that. I had an oil change an inspection. They charge me for a thing that I did not get. They did not explain why I did not get the forty five thousand mile service. I did not get a satisfactory explanation on that. I did their surveys and the dealership mentioned that. The call that I got back was not terrible. They have always been professional. Everybody that I talked there was nice. The only exception was that one service. It was least of the expectation. I had the smoothest car purchase with Coon Rapids Nissan. My overall happiness with them was great. They charge me for what I got. They had a very fair pricing. I would still go for my next dealership on a Saturday. Their financing department was excellent. I have no complaints with them. I love my car.

Jake, a sales associate at C*** Rapids Nissan, did a great job helping us find the right used car with professionalism and patience. He met with us several times, answered our questions and took us on several test drives. Jake also did a great job helping us figure out what we could really afford to pay for a car and stay within our budget. He helped to make buying this car a fun process.
