With Chris and Mindy- readily available for all our questions and concerns, the whole process from beginning to end was stress less, and smooth.

Chris is a wonderful person. I can be difficult at times and yet Chris was patient and kept his sense of humor. I have referred Chris and his team to several people over the years, all having the same experience. He has always been honest and trustworthy. He was the only Realtor that was able to deal with my friend Melinda who was a VERY strong-willed individual!

I have purchased and sold several homes over the years, most recently in Florida. I sure wish I could have called Chris to represent me. This most recent Realtor in Florida was the WORST. I wish I could have told him "where to go" but had been in such a time crunch situation.

We worked with Allison from the Chris Fritch team and couldn't be happier. These guys are pros! We were on a limited budget but were very particular about the home we were buying, which I know makes for a difficult client, but we never got that vibe from Allison. She was always available if we had any questions and was very accommodating when it came to showing us potential homes. Allison held our hands through the whole process and made us feel like family.  She treated us like we were her only clients, although I know that was definitely not the case. After a a long search that felt like 100 house visits, we finally found one that we knew was home. It was a HUD home that certainly had more legalities than a conventional sale, but Allison navigated them like a pro. She understood the rules governing those types of sales and made sure the correct improvements were made prior to the closing date.
When it came time to actually close the deal, Allison went to bat for us again. After some very costly items were hidden in our closing documents Allison sniffed them out and called out the lender on these "additions" and prompted him to make the corrections. In the end it saved us thousands at the closing table, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. We made a couple of quick home improvements and got the house re appraised and the value skyrocketed. This was all because she used her good market/client analysis after the initial goose chase we sent her on, and she eventually pointed us in the right direction to a very sought after area. 
If you're looking to buy or sell I would absolutely recommend these guys. They know what they're doing and they will walk you through a very confusing and overwhelming process
