Matt's Plumbing billed me for $385 for 20 minutes of time that required no tools. I e-mailed them and requested that they contact me to discuss the over charge and they have completely ignored me. I have the bill and e-mails to support.

Matt is one of the best contractors we've dealt with in our 40 years of home ownership. He's knowledgeable, conscientious and customer-oriented. The friendly service provided by him and his hard-working crew is outstanding. His company makes the painful process of replacing the main sewer line tolerable and in the end, very satisfactory. Matt is someone you can trust to do a job well at a competitive price.
