I was charged well over $1,000. and the repair last about 3 weeks. Brought the car back with the promise that the car would be kept indoors and they had my beautiful classic car all winter long! The car was not stored inside! The called me in the spring to pick it up, charged me another couple thousand dollars and my car was a complete mess! It had never seen a winter before and not only did their repair not fix a thing, they damage my car with a serious scratch on the hood, and other paint damage. The car was repaired completely inaccurately and I would never, ever trust them with anything. They were rude, unprofessional, and the business is a dump! Very dirty and it matches their level of knowledge and trustworthiness. Do not go here ever!

They adjusted the values, but it took them 4 days to notify me that it was done. One day of the delay that they had written my phone down wrong.  The ticking engine noise was still there which they said was due to "something" deep in the engine.  I was hoping for something more specific from a place that says they rebuild engines.  There advice was to replace the engine with either one from a junkyard or a rebuilt.  I asked  them how much the junkyard option would be and was told around $3000.  I took the car there for an opinion from experts and received nothing better than what my local mechanic would give me.

I dropped off my cylinders and heads for machining and gave the proper specifications and tolerances for the machinist.  When they started the work, John in the head shop called me and asked for some clarifications which is good.  He is one of the best cylinder head rebuilders in the Twin Cities and I know he will get it right and ask the right questions to avoid costly mistakes.  We also ran into some issues with boring the cylinders but they worked with me to make sure the job was done right.  With old Harley parts, the machining can be difficult and much of the work is done by "feel" so it takes a unique shop to do this type of work.  One think about Wagamon is that you tend to be treated like family - so you need to think about that when working with them.  The prices are good - no cheap - but good and reasonable for the type of work they do in the machine shop.  I will continue to use them for my Harley machining work on heads and cylinders and I would recommend them to friends (which I have done).

They did a good job because it runs well. It was a little late but they did what is needed to be done.

Our experience was excellent. Everything was good. The price was good. They ended up extending the warranty because there were a lot of vehicles having problems. They were professional.
