I like them for the most part. They are pricey, but they are reliable; I like it because it is reliable. I pay them monthly. I guess they are responsive; they have a big call center.

I think they're too expensive, but other than that, I don't have any complaints. We're on a family plan, so there are seven phones on it.

I can't say anything about them because it is what it is with them. You cannot put yourself in a position to negotiate too much with what they offer because you agree or disagree and that's it. They have limits on the calls and texts but we don't reach it so we're happy. If I want to update my phone, it's not going to work because I have to purchase the replacement which is expensive. They have good coverage, the only place you lose signal is when you are in an elevator or deep inside a building. The big advantage with them right now is with the roaming that we have so we didn't have to do anything when my wife moved to Hawaii and I am with her on the phone all the time.

Verizon consistently has the best coverage even when we travel. They cooperated well when we negotiated our plan so I am satisfied with Verizon.

Some of the stores are 3rd party carriers, and they're not good. The contracts are tricky, watch out for them.
