David Warren Morris

Mr. Morris was recommended by my brother as a local he knew was in the roofing business. To save money my brother and I removed the old roof and cleaned up. Then I hired Mr. Morris with the understanding that he was a professional roofer and made his living by roofing to install the new shingles so the job would be done right. Mr. Morris brought 1 other employee to help him and proceeded to install the roof. When finished he asked to be paid and left me to have the roof inspected by the city. When the building inspector and I got on the roof I was shocked as the visual mess this roof was. The building inspector said it was one of the worst jobs he had seen but it was a cosmetic issue and that is not covered by his inspection. The roof is sealed but it affects the resale value of my home because of the appearance when you drive up. Mr. Morris can see nothing wrong with the roof being put on in such a hap hazard way and refuses to repair it properly. Please contact me I will send you pictures and you can see for your self.
