They were able to perform the cleaning the day after I called. I didn't have any coupons but asked if they had specials. THey had one that had just ended but gave me the deal anyway. THe price was very reasonable, and they were very professional. They removed some spots and did not charge any extra.

The Brown's did an excellent job on our carpet. They gave me a quote immediately. I did not have to wait for someone to return call. We had purchased a forclosure home and wanted carpets cleaned before we moved in. They squeezed us into their schedule and gave us a discount for no furniture being in house. The carpet was terribly shape(again forclosure home). We were not sure if we would need to replace half of it. They were able to get all the stains out so it looked like new. They were the most professional carpet cleaners I have ever used. The Brown's covered all wood floors to protect them. The price was very good considering we had 3600 square feet of carpeting and 2 sets of stairs. We also paid for sanitizing and stain protectant. Much cheaper than replacing the carpet.
