AHO LAWN & SNOW

The workers are not punctual but the quality of work is good. I have been a a customer since Nate Aho started his company. Quality and timeliness have suffered recently due to commercial customers that Nate added to his responsobilities. If things do not improve by this spring I will switch to another company because punctuality and reliability are extremely important to me.

A team of about 3 of them come and do both my lawncare and snow removal so they do this really fast. They charge each time they come rather than a monthly or yearly rate, which makes it better for me. They have been doing a great job, better than the prior providers which is why I recommend them to others.

They are very thorough. They are good at trimming and they're on time. It looks very good and they're reasonably priced.

Because Aho Lawn and Snow has worked on my garden and yard for so many years, they know what needs to be done when I clal for Fall Clean-up. They were here on time and started working, as instructed, although I was not home. When I returned the work was done. I walked through the yard and inspected the work. All looked as it should: perfect.

Nate, the owner, inspects the lawn in the spring and sets a program for mowing it. We require the grass clippings to be picked up each time and everything blown/vacuumed to clean up after the job is done. Once a month, the lawn is edged by the street, sidewalks, driveway, boardering flowerbeds to keep a "crisp" and well-maintained look to the yard. We review most planned landscaping projects with Nate first. He can handle most of them for far less money than most other companies, but he is sometimes limited for time because of his other on-going lawn and yard maintenance customers. This past summer he did an excellent job for us using large landscape stones to frame an area where three large (15 year old) pine trees are planted. Nothing else grows in the area because the trees take all the energy out of the soil, so we needed to enclose the treed area and surround it by landscape stone to give it a neat and well-maintained appearance. It wasn't an easy project because the area is not level--it changes several times as the stone-frame surrounds the treed area. Nate and his crew did an excellent job. People have stopped by to look at it and have taken his name to get estimates for their own projects. I am very pleased with the work of Aho Lawn and Snow. Many of our neighbors (5 - 7) now use his services, as well. All seem pleased with the work.
