I contacted the company that made the boiler and sent pictures of how the fresh air intake and exhaust had been installed. They sent me diagrams as to how they should be installed. Randalls had installed them in reverse of how they should have been installed. When the service guys came several days latter, to look things over, I indicated that there was a problem with the intake and exhaust pipes. They said there was no problem and argued with me about it. He made it clear that he was not happy that I questioned his previous work on the vent and intake pipes. I showed him the information I received from the technical support person from the company that made the furnace. He grudgingly fixed the pipes and things have been fine so far.

The crew of 3 guys arrived as scheduled at 8am and worked through 6 pm. The gas was not installed yet so Joe returned the next day, after it was hooked up, and started the boiler and did an inspection check. Everything went as planned, the workers were neat and efficient, and the boiler works good. I would recommend these guys. They did a good job.

Joe and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would, about 8am. They worked until about 6 pm to mostly finish the job. Since the gas was not yet ready to go online, Joe came back the next morning to do the initial start up and to make sure everything was working right. The guys were professional, neat, and completed the job as contracted. I am very happy with our new 95% efficient boiler.

They did general maintenance. They cleaned out the furnace and made sure everything was in proper working order.

installed new and removed old installed piping to my requirements. came back when called to do adjustments with out a question asked.
