We were switching over from oil to propane heat. It was a pleasant experience from the time we first met Jason who was very knowledgeable and a joy to talk to. The installers were very professional and did a great job. Aire Serve worked seamlessly with Curtis oil and job was completed in 1 day. We are warm happy campers and would definitely recommend Aire Serve and Curtis Oil & Propane.

Aire Serv came out to quote a furnace and central air system. From the time they arrived I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. Very professional, there motto is "treat your customers like you want to be treated" and they treated us very well. They explained the process on how they quote a system, and they asked us what do we like as far as comfort level. Even when coming in to quote they put covers on there shoes so as not to track in. They explain the company and they build a system for your needs. They don't try and sell you more than what you need, they sell you what you want. I would highly recommend them for new install or even to fix your old. Other companies need to copy them. I asked 4 different companies for quotes, and only got one back and this Aire Serv was the most thorough and professional.

Installation was within 24 hours. Customer service was excellant - on phone and in person.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They got us scheduled quickly and did a fantastic job on the install. Bruce also saw that a pan in our furnace was leaking, so they included that in their quote and fixed that when they came to install the AC unit. And they filled out and submitted a rebate form to MN power for us based on the unit they were installing, so we got a $50 rebate check in the mail within a few weeks. And when I called to make a payment by phone a few weeks later, Bruce remembered who I was and asked how my pregnancy was going, if we were (me especially) enjoying the AC, etc. :)

The installers did a super job in installing my new furnace. They were very professional, showed up when they said they would and did a very good job. they took away the old furnace and cleaned everything up when they were through. They explained how the different parts of the furnace worked and they even programmed my thermastat for me.I would recommend them to anyone in aminute.

He came over on a Friday afternoon, took care of us and got us fixed in 1 trip. Awesome Service!

Quick and efficient service.

Bruce was personable, informative, and knowledgeable about his products. He was willing to work with me to meet our heating/cooling and financial needs. They communicated with us if problems arose in order to work on a solution together. We are planning on working with him again this spring to complete our project!

Bruce was prompt and efficient. Work was completed when promised and done in a professional way. He followed up with a phone call the same day to see if we had questions.

Install went perfect but what I really liked about Bruce is that he took his time to explain to me what I needed to know "which was quite a bit" about heating my home. He was also always available to me when I had a question.
