Kevin was courteous and professional. Took time to be thorough and worked within my needs as well for time constraints. The written report was detailed and easy to understand. He offered follow up advice and was available for consultation regarding the report and findings. Company provided additional support and manual for key home ownership maintenance issues and support.

The inspection went great. He took his time to really look at everything outside and inside the house. He did his report as he went so he could talk about all his findings with us at the end of inspection, and emailed us the report promptly.

As a first time home buyer, I was very impressed with the Kp team, from the 1st call to them to the actual inspection of the homes we had inspected, Kevin was quite super to work with, he made sure I knew what was happening from every step of the process to additional testing. I would definitely call Kp inspections if I ever needed another home. Thanks

Kevin did a great job! Very Thorough! He found things that I wouldn't have even thought of! He walked us through room by room and explained any issues he found. He was more than willing to answer questions on anything I found in the house. Once the inspection was completed I was provided a complete detailed room by room report that I was able to access online as a PDF. I was very impressed with his professionalism and complete and thoughtful job! I would highly recommend him to anyone! I paid $670 which included the regular home inspection, Radon testing, and an inspection of the outbuilding. Definitely not cheap but I feel I got my moneys worth, saying is true you get what you pay for!

Kevin was recommended to me by my Realtor. Before scheduling our inspection, I look for reviews to see what everyone's experiences had been like. I could not find any. Kevin discouraged me from being at the actual inspection but told me if i wanted i could be there. At the end of the inspection, he review every problem or concern one by one not only by telling us but he showed us what he was talking about and promised to have the report delivered the same day. hes attention to detail, politeness and professionalism were incredible. by the way this was the second house he inspected for us we dodged the bullet thanks to Kevin findings.
