We were very satisfied with the work done by Topcoat Deck. They were very organized, efficient and did an excellent job.

East Derry Tire is fantastic. They're honest and will do their best to provide the exact service you need. I've used them many times for regular maintenance, but this time I was in a bind. The check engine light came on and I just dropped the car off to see if they could squeeze me in. They probably didn't really have the time, but they got my car in and fixed the problematic ignition coil. I'm sure a trip to the dealership would have resulted in a much more costly repair.

Attractive service, and the deck looks great. Took them a little while to come back for the finishing touches, but the deck looks great. They offer a yearly 'maintenance' contract of some sort, at a large discount from the initial pricing. I am looking forward to this service, when my deck needs it. I would absolutely trust the workers with my deck again.

I have been going to East Derry Tire & Auto for years. I appreciate their honesty, integrity and professionalism. The job has always been done correctly and on time. Their prices are reasonable. My 2006 Hyundai Azera needed a 90K mile tune up and I was getting a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. New Iridium plugs, LOF, fuel filter, air filter, checked all four tires and rebalanced one to correct the vibration did the trick. I have been going to East Derry Tire & Auto for both my vehicles for the past 12 years and other than having a manufactures recall which the dealer corrects, all of my maintenance and repairs are done exclusively by Dennis and his team! He gives me straight answers on what needs to be done and has earned my trust as a loyal customer!

Like other reviewers, I had a fantastic experience! They were prompt, informative and thorough. Dennis told me that it wasn't a good idea for me to only use front snow tires on a front wheel drive car. He also informed me that my tires were in bad shape and needed to be replaced soon. He did not pressure me to get new ones, just informed me that mine were unsafe. Also, he didn't just assume that I wanted the more expensive oil but ran the decision by me. They seemed to run a very "tight ship" and Jill (who appears to manage the office and parts?) was friendly and knowledgeable. When my cars need more complicated service, I'll be sure and give Jill a call! I highly recommend them.

On route to Logan Airport in Boston on a Sunday afternoon my car started acting up (dash lights flashing, all warning lights coming on) and I had to pull my car over and contact my wife to swap vehicles in order not to miss my flight. The vehicles was towed to East Derry Tire and Auto for diagnosis and repair.The next day, Dennis and his team quickly diagnosed the problem ( bad alternator) and replaced it that morning! This was greatly appreciated as my wife didn't have a working vehicle and had to pick the kids up from school that afternoon and do several errands. I have been going to East Derry Tire and Auto for > 10 years and this is typical of the service we have received (first class)! I also have the vehicles maintenance done there and have bought serveral sets of tires for both vehicles from them over the years as their pricing is very competitive.I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality service!

As a parent, Dennis understood how concerned we were about the tires and worked with us to get her car serviced the same day to ensure the situation was taken care of.

I have patronized East Derry Tire and Auto for at least 8 years. I own a 1997 Toyota Camry with 283,000 miles and a 2002 Toyota Tacoma with 125,000 miles. Driving as much as my wife and I do, it is important that we keep up the maintenance on our vehicles and we have found East Derry Tire to be an excellent partner in ensuring we get the safest and longest possible use of our vehicles. This most recent experience was just another routine auto maintenance event, made all the more satisfying by a fair price and quick service. Service Manager Bruce Minden and the owner Dennis Marion consistently help me with service needs for both vehicles. Sometimes I inquire about service (brakes, tire issues, general engine questions) and they investigate and readily tell me if a particular item is necessary or not. Many times I have asked for a service and, instead of performing it and taking my money, they tell me they don't believe it is necessary and why, then let me decide. They are excellent at helping me distinguish between work I might want to think about having done, work that should be done soon and items that need immediate attention. East Derry Tire doesn't do major engine or transmission rebuilding, but for the vast majority of work you need done on a car or pickup, they are an excellent choice.

Excellently. Eric sends out a letter in the spring asking what services, if any the homeowner wants for his/her deck. This year I chose a more limited service but in past years I have had all deck surfaces washed and sealed. Eric or some of his crew do the work and they are timely, always calling before to let you know when they will be there. They are courteous and always clean up. They will also replace bad boards, and do this with expertise.
