The price was about what we expected.  They resolved an accidental cutting of our phone line with minimum hassle to us.  They were easy and pleasant to work with.  We plan to continue using them for regular maintenance of the system.

I had a big leak in my lawn sprinkler system. So I called Northway and the guy came in at the expected time. He did an excellent job fixing the leak, and he also identified and fixed two other leaks in the sprinkler systems. Furthermore, he changed a few sprinkler heads according to my request. The whole job was done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I am very satisfied with their job and will definitely hire them again.

They have always been very helpful and cooperative. We have worked with them for many years and found that they do excellent work.

I spent around $80 or $90 on that service. I would tell other members that they come when they say they are going to and do what they say they are going to.

After years of keeping our in-ground sprinkler system running, I finally ran into a vexing problem that I couldn't seem to fix myself. The technician arrived early, which was fine. It took him just minutes to find and repair the problem. He was very polite, and he even suggested I buy a couple tools (found at Home Depot) that I could use to make similar repairs more efficient. Even though this was a very small job, I was impressed and will definitely use Northway Irrigation again if the need arises. The bill came later and was about as expected. We were not given an estimate of the cost up front.

I called because I had various places in the yard where the grass was brown so I called and they said they would gladly send out a tech to take a look at the sprinkler heads. The tech replaced several sprinkler heads to provide a wider spray path to cover dry areas. While he was here I asked about re-locating a sprinkler head to accommodate some landscaping I was doing. I was expecting to have to make another appointment, but he was able to re-locate the head in a matter of minutes. He even advised me of the appropriate watering times of each zone and reprogrammed the timer for me. Because I have a prepaid yearly service contract with them I got a discount for the cost of the work. I was only billed $2.79. They are wonderful!

NORTHWAY SENT A REMINDER NOTICE THE WEEK BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT WHICH WAS GREAT SINCE MY HUSBAND FORGOT WHO HE CALLED AND WHEN THEY WERE COMING. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS A LITTLE EARLY AND APOLOGIZED (IT WAS ACTUALLY BETTER FOR ME). THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND HE TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME ALL THE WATER SHUTOFF VALVES & WENT OVER HOW TO USE THE SYSTEM AND SAID TO CALL IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. WE SIGNED UP LAST FALL AND SURE ENOUGH THE GUYS SAID WE'D BE FIRST ON THEIR LIST FOR INSTALLATION THIS SPRING AND WE WERE. THEY RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY, THE WORK WAS DONE IN LESS THAN A DAY WITH NO MESS LEFT BEHIND, AND THEY WERE GREAT AT EXPLAINING THE SYSTEM'S OPERATION. PLUS WE GET A FREE BLOWOUT NEXT FALL. MY DAUGHTER CAME OVER WHILE THEY WERE DOING THE INSTALL AND SHE WAS SO IMPRESSED SHE DECIDED TO HAVE THEM DO HER (RATHER LARGE) YARD. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

AFTER MORE THAN 12 YEARS OF SERVICES FROM NORTHWAY IRRIGATION, I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY FOR THEIR QUALITY AND TIMELINESS OF SERVICE. THEY PROVIDE A CONTINUING CONTRACT FOR SPRING AND FALL SERVICES WITH A REMINDER TO RENEW ANNUALLY.
