Mr. Kanner was constantly concerned about providing high quality, high value work. He did a great job of communicating what to expect during each phase of the project. A significant amount of demolition work was done, and he and his crew did a very good job of minimizing the mess and inconvenience associated with it. The high expectations he placed on his subcontractors was evident throughout the project. He was very flexible with change orders, and all work was conducted either on schedule or very close to it. He always showed up when he told me he would, and I would not hesitate to recommend him highly.
