We have had a terrible experience with this company. Their bid came in $2000 less than our other bid that we had, so we decided to go with them. Starting from the very beginning, even when wanting to receive a quote, the owner always had an excuse and was never on time. We were told it would take 10 days to complete the job. They started two days late and would only come for a couple of hours each time and then skip a few days before coming back. Upon what James thought was almost completion in the basement, we fired him because of the terrible quality of work. We did not have one square corner, he primed the walls before sanding and only did one round of taping of which did not adhere. Never did we have the same people come to work on the project. Several times, he would drop off his crew and never return. They were then left to call taxi's to pick them up. Mr. Richmond's company did not meet our expectations nor would they meet the expectations of most people. We now have to rip it all out and start over. Please do not use this company. We have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
