Stephan is a consummate professional. Everything he did was superb, from the initial meeting to the finished floor. Of particular importance is that there was hardly any dust to be found on the main floor, anywhere. And, our daily lives were not interrupted. His attention to detail is awesome, and the quality of his work is even better. We are going to have Stephan redo the rest of our hardwood floors very soon. It's wonderful to have a professional such as Stephan improve the quality of our home.

He was an excellent. He is not the most prompt. He is a perfectionist and a true craftsman. He was a real pleasure to have in my home and always did an outstanding job cleaning up. I would highly recommend him.

WE HAD THREE DIFFERENT HARDWOOD FLOOR COMPANIES COME AND LOOK AT THE PROJECT. STEPHAN WAS THE ONLY CRAFTSMAN WHO SAID HE COULD ACTUALLY FIX IT VERSUS REINSTALLING THE FLOOR.(WE EVEN HAD PEOPLE SUGGEST JUST CARPETING THE ENTIRE UPPER LEVEL OF OUR HOME!) HE REASSURED US AND DID IT IN A WAY THAT WE FELT CONFIDENT IN HIS ABILITY TO TRULY FIX THE SITUATION. IT WAS A LEAP OF FAITH WE ARE STILL BLESSING, BECAUSE IT TRANSFORMED OUR LIVING SPACE. HE ALSO DID MANY OTHER THINGS WE NEVER EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT ASKING FOR SUCH AS; A NEW HAND MADE WOOD THRESHOLD FOR OUR HALLWAY, HAND MADE TRIM AROUND THE FIREPLACE TILE, AND MADE A SPECIAL PIECE OF WOOD AROUND AN APPLIANCE. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO DESCRIBE OUR COMPLETE AND TOTAL SATISFACTION WITH THE WORK HE DID IN OUR HOME. HE TOOK AN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT PROBLEM IN A NEW AND BEAUTIFUL HOME AND FIXED IT BEYOND WHAT WE COULD HAVE IMAGINED. WE NOW HAVE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL, LIGHT COLORED BAMBOO FLOORS AND OUR HOME SINGS IN CONGRUENT BEAUTY.

HIS PRICES SEEM HIGH, BUT YOU GET THE QUALITY YOU WANT IN A WOOD FLOOR.
