FRATTALLONE'S ACE HARDWARE

Frattallone's does all of its lawn mower repair at the Circle Pines location.  I dropped my mower off at Frattallone's in St. Louis Park.  They did not tell me that they don't do the work there.  It took 3 weeks to get my mower back (they only do deliveries back to other stores twice a week).  In the meantime I had to pay someone $40 to mow my lawn.  I finally got my mower back.  I got it home & it wouldn't start because the recoil cord seized up!  This is what was supposed to be repaired!  I took it back.  It took another 2 weeks to repair.  This time I asked if they had loaner mowers.  Their answer was, "of course we do".  Why didn't they tell me this to begin with??  
When I picked it up they charged me another $30 because they replaced the cord recoil mechanism.  I asked why that wasn't replaced when they put in a new cord?  They didn't know.  I don't think I should have been charged the second time because they didn't fix it to begin with.

Mower was in the shop for 3 days.  Store calls when job is done and mower is ready to pick up.  I've had other repairs done here previously.  Good service, though sometimes takes longer than seems necessary.

They hauled the tractor to the store to fix it.  They came with a little van to tow the tractor & some parts were knocked off, one of the parts controlled the front wheel.  They called and let me know but didn't tell me it was not operational.  Once they brought it home to me they said it needed two parts to fix it, but I came to find out that it only needed one part and they did not sharpen the blade. 

I sent in a tractor that worked and just needed a tune up and was sent back a tractor that doesn't work.
