I personally thought they went through my condo to fast for what was being done and the expense.  No change in the dust from ducts.  Really felt as though I wasted our money for duct/vent cleaning.  When cleaning and inspecting the furnance they blew out the curcuit breaker. I did not know this until they were gone :(  My fireplace pilot went out also. No heat - fireplaceout!  Funrnace not working after they were suppose to inspect it and check it over and make sure working.  I did call them and they tried to walk me through fixing the problem.  I did finally figure it out on my own so they did not have to make another trip down. It was the weekend and I was the last stop.  I just feel eveyone was in a bit of a rush.  This is how I felt.  Did not want to write this review, but Angie wanted to know.  JH
