He quoted me one price and when I got the bill it was twice what he quoted plus some. When I called him about this he said "How about we just split him the difference". I sent him $300, what I thought this amount would be, and he requested $500 more even though he never did finish the job. I turned him in to the building and trades office for the state of Minnesota and it did not do any good. They said it was basically my word against his. In my opinion he is just not a very honest.
