Less then one star! Greg the guy that runs this company is completely incompetent! Avoid at all costs! As stated in the other review here, the owner Greg doesn't understand grading, or much of anything to do with construction. He tried to build our garage lower then the alley with heated floors, would have made a swimming pool! He also wound up building our garage so far off of square it needed new footings, but the city put a stop work order on him before he could complete the job, and now we are stuck sueing him. I should have fired them when they left nails littering my alley and broke both neighbors driveways during the demolition of our old garage. They are absolutely incompetent, I would go so far to say I believe Greg is an idiot and doesn't actually know a thing about construction.

With one exception it went very well. Greg provided the lowest of 3 bids responding to a detailed outline I prepared. I ended up paying exactly what was bid, even though there were some extra efforts required, most notably higher end garage doors than were in his base bid. He also followed up with additional services (replacing doorsets and deadbolts, repairing overhead door opener, etc) after the project had been accepted and final payment received. He swapped out plywood interior walls instead of sheetrock at no extra charge - a stronger an more durable material in my opinion - at no charge. Greg was pleasant to work with, honest, and provided good communication. He responded to questions and requests very quickly. My only drawback was the project was at the end of the season and ran into the winter. Other than concrete work, most of the other tasks were performed by subcontractors. There was poor weather in November. The project ran into the winter when some contactors don't want to work, so progress slowed considerably. Though I was frustrated at the time, I knew it wouldn't matter in the long run in the project went well, which it did. I feel I got a very nice garage (double garage, twin high-end overhead doors, architectural detailing to match the house, loft storage with pull-down stairway, insulated, durable interior walls) at a reasonable price.
