The project went great and took less than a month to accomplish. But be sure to get everything in writing. We'd wanted the downspout drain-tiled thru the patio, so water doesn't wash onto or around it. He'd not remembered that, but saw it on the estimate and followed thru. We did have a couple things to negotiate during the process, but Matt was workable and pleasant. He did my neighbor's back yard, and now my other neighbor wants to hire him. I would hire him again and recommend his services.
Description of Work: We'd hired Matt to install a large paver patio, sidewalk and firepit. He also removed an old clothesline pole that was in deep. He'd gotten our project out of 4 other bids and was able to work within our budget. Matt did a great job! Unfortunately, it rained a lot after he started, so it slightly delayed the job but also trashed our back yard & fence. Matt relandscaped & repaired the fence to our satisfaction and now we love it! It's no longer a painful eyesore and is the envy of all our friends! We also upgraded to add a beautiful boulder retaining wall.
