went great. what a relief

Answered phone, showed up quickly,later in the morning, checked furnace, gave info on CO2 detectors, relieved my anxiety about CO2 gas , ordered and delivered missing part of furnace (which we tried to find for months!!!) prompt, polite, respectful, plan to have him back to help hook-up wood burning stove.
