Craig is a really neat guy to work with, and has always provided us with good advice in the past. We've used Craig two times prior at our old house, and on both occasions were pleased with the result, so we asked him to draw up plans for our new house.
Our new house didn't have any landscaping, so Craig drew-up designs for the entire property, and we decided to do part of the plan in the first phase, which included just the landscaping around the perimeter of the house.
As we expected, the installation was quick and efficient, with new landscape birms, edging, mulch, and some significantly large boulders which look great around the property.
We plan to do phases 2 and 3 with Craig later this summer or in the summer of 2015 in order to complete the design.

We used Craig before back in 2001 shortly after moving into our house in Victoria, and we thought his design for the front yard was great, so we asked him to draw-up plans for the backyard, to include a patio so we could have a fire pit.

Craig had really good advice regarding the location of the patio relative to the deck, and we're glad we took his advice because the flow for entertaining guests was very-well laid out.

Craig had extensive knowledge of landscape materials, plants, shrubs, trees, etc., and his designs have considerable aesthetic appeal.

In addition to the patio and considerable landscaping (raised landscaping beds, edging, flagstone pavers, trees, etc.), we also had Craig design and install landscape lights to illuminate the landscaping and provide walkway down-lighting. The lighting turned-out better than we had expected, and we received a lot of compliments from neighbors.

On the first appointment, Craig listened to what we were looking for in our front yard landscaping, then he went back to his truck and drew-up a design right then and there, and came back to the house after about 20 minutes of sketching-out his ideas. My wife loved his design, and we proceeded with contracting with him, which did include professional designs based off the original sketch. The install was quick and efficient, and he had transformed our front yard from boring to elegant, with considerably more curb-appeal.

Sorry for this review, but I need to be honest... We thought we were good to go with Superior, but it has been a challenge. I was told to call the business office, but all you can do is leave a message. Do not plan on talking to a human, as you get sent through the whole answering machine maze every time you call. First the main line saying nobody is available, then someone saying your contact is not available and transfer you to their answering service, then they are not available and you finally leave a message for the person you are trying to reach. It has been frustrating and I am not use to begging a service to do their work so I can pay them. I hope they get it figured out soon, it is suppose to snow again.
