They did a very nice job. Their quality stood out. They were very respective of our work space, clean, and professional. I though they were very good, they came highly recommended.

I was concerned about the quality of cedar and having a number of knot holes.  I did get a high quality cedar.  The craftsmanship was excellent.  I have some friends who know construction and they raved about the quality of deck I received.  I love to entertain and it has been getting a lot of use this summer.  People who have come over compliment me on the quality and craftsmanship.  The corners were routed and it is the little things that add up and make it special. Not only that but Troy knew the code of Eden Prairie.  He was the only one who looked in my basement to see what type of support my bay window had.  He was concerned about having a sturdy deck that would last. I also put in a paver patio at the same time.  He worked with the crew I hired to lay the pavers.  He had them start before he did so I would have less damage to my lawn.  Troy was more concerned about me then earning a quick dollar. It all worked out with the coordination and it was because without any extra charge Troy took on the role of working with the landscaping crew directly. I did call number of his references and received rave reviews.  I would definitely hire him for remodeling work in the future.

I WOULD RECOMMEND KLM CONSTRUCTION TO ANYONE NEEDING A NEW DECK OR DECK REPAIRS. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, EASY TO GET A HOLD OF, EFFICIENT IN HIS WORK AND VERY METICULOUS IN HIS WORKMANSHIP. OUR NEW DECK IS BEAUTIFUL!
