I am a naive new home owner and never thought to ask about:
1) how many coats of paint (I assumed 2!!)
2) clean up (don't most people clean up their mess???)
The paint job was mediocre. I found an area that was not painted which they then finished. Once they left our property, I found one little completely BARE spot above the door. Upon looking out our bedroom window, we saw a HUGE MESS of paint chips they had scraped. Our lawn had paint chips on it and there are still paint chips around.Very disappointing.
The same company repaired some rotted wood on our garage a year prior and I was satisfied with that (they didn't paint)
