FCI installed waterproof laminate in my basement and I couldn’t be happier. I had a weight set, couches, and a pool table that I was going to move and Jamaal did it for me before I knew it was done. The work is top notch with no gaps along the wall, even going up the steps without quarter round. Truly amazing work! I would definitely use them again for any flooring and highly recommend them.

Joe was friendly and accommodating; I thought cost was on the higher end. For the most part skilled workers. One lacked professional behaviors-brought personal problems to the job site several times. Some areas of new wood flooring had a crackled finish. After pointing it out twice, and no response, I just stopped. For work contracted in October, it wasn't finished until March. There was a lot of "I'm sorry for the delay". Stair carpeting left in side yard to "overwinter" until April when I eventually had to dispose of it.

So glad I choose them for my project. Matt answered any email/text questions almost immediately and responded to any concerns I had. The work went very smoothly and the installer team was professional, friendly and easy to work with, even when I changed my mind in the middle. The floor looks great!

The new flooring is gorgeous. The workmanship was excellent. I happened to be out of town during the installation. The crew was respectful of my home and belongings. Due to the pleasant, confident and down to earth sales approach we choose Floor Coverings International for the job even though they were not the lowest bid.  Joe Pederson, owner, arrived for appointments on schedule.  Joe was thorough and detail oriented.  Installers were thoughtful and took pride in their work.  Upon completion of installation  I told Joe I had some questions to go over with him at final inspection.  In preparation for the inspection, Joe called the installers.  They were in the area working on another job so came over to check out and address our concerns.

From start to finish, this was the best service we have ever received. The professionalism, convenience, process and customer service was so impressive. We were in the market to replace our first floor carpet and were referred to Joe Pederson of Floor Coverings International. From the initial phone call, I was so impressed by the level of professionalism Joe provided. We scheduled a consultation the following day. The consultation was informative and organized. I was able to discuss and communicate my needs while Joe took notes and measured the area. His mobile showroom was full of a variety of products that fit exactly what I was communicating, The ease and convenience of having the samples in the home was worth the whole experience. In the past, I have lugged carpet samples to and from a carpet retailer only to be disappointed when getting them home. This eliminated that frustration and inconvenience which helped move the process along more efficiently. We decided on a selection and Joe was able to produce a detailed bid within minutes. We walked through the proposal with him and received all the information necessary. We were never pushed and felt the pricing was very fair and accurate, We felt 100% that this was the right experience and company for the job. We signed the proposal and Joe told us he would call the following day to schedule installation. He asked for our time frame and preference and told us he would call with the details the following day. As promised, he called and had our installation scheduled the following week. We absolutely love the carpet, it was even beyond what we expected. The quality is incredible and the installation was a breeze. Joe scheduled a final walk through to ensure our satisfaction and thank us for our business. Honestly, this truly was the best experience and I would and will refer Joe Pederson of Floor Coverings Internalional to all my family and friends.
