I talked with Jeff on the telephone and described the project to him. Within a couple of days, he came to our house to look at the work to be done and to offer us some suggestions. Within a day or two he provided us with a detailed written description of the work that he would do as well as an estimate of the cost for each part of the project. He called in advance to schedule a day for the work to be done and was here on the day that was scheduled. The project involved removing old shrubs which had become overgrown, installing new river rock, and trimming and shaping several shrubs which needed some detailed pruning. The primary area that needed the landscaping was on one side of our driveway from an area where we have some trees to where it meets the city street. The work done was excellent. Jeff and his crew completed all of the work listed on the estimate in a very timely and efficient manner. Also, once the work was done, they did an excellent job of cleaning everything up. I am very pleased with the completion of the project and will definitely be hiring Jeff again when we have more work like this that needs to be done. I would highly recommend Ex-Scape to anyone who has a need for any landscaping or lawn work to be done.
