Internet Service
$45 for land line and $40 for internet (0.3-1.5 M). The land line did include caller id but not LD calls.....and service good but seemed expensive. Internet was poor....they said because we live 3 miles from town ("you should be happy to get any kind of speed....much further and no service"!). And we live in Hennepin County, the most populated county in Minnesota! Plus, I saw billboards on the way to work saying they'd give 20 M service for $20. I gave them up for a smart phone and use it to provide "Hotspot" internet service for $65, with internet speed at least matching Embarq/CenturyLink.

The customer service is outstanding! The technician who worked with was patient and thorough. He was helpful. Using this service couldn't be easier. They save me money and it's all in one bill. There are no interruptions in my online service. I don't have to keep updating my virus protection.
