They were excellent. They communicated well throughout the process. It was great because you deal with the same person, you are treated as a valued customer, and you can always speak with them. They were able to solve a problem with a permit on short notice. They were able to find an answer to all my concerns.

I rented a U Haul truck, when I got to my destination the company was teamed up with U Haul. They suggested that I go online and get a coupon. I got a month free. There are many option to choose from. They are a very secure location. I'm very pleased with it.

This company was easy to deal with. The paperwork was minor and the staff was helpful. The Storage facility itself is very clean. I loved having the dollies that they provide, it made it easy to move things in and out of storage.

VERY nice setup, with clean, heated storage and a great security system. I had no concerns whatsoever about the safety of my items. Many other storage places look like dumps, but this one is immaculate. I also found the desk folks great to work with (they even honored a coupon that I had forgotten to bring along.) I don't recall the exact monthly price, but I know it was competitive with everyone I called (and I called several.)

THE STAFF THERE WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE BUILDING WAS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED. CONVENIENT AND SAFE.

BE SURE TO ASK FOR THE EXTRA FORM TO AUTOMATICALLY PAY BY CREDIT CARD. THIS FORM WAS NOT OFFERED BY THE FRONT-DESK EMPLOYEE AT THE TIME I RENTED THE UNIT. SINCE I PAID THE INITIAL MONTH'S RENT BY CREDIT CARD, I ASSUMED THAT SUBSEQUENT MONTHS WOULD FOLLOW SUIT. WRONG! IT TOOK AN EXTRA TRIP TO THE OFFICE A MONTH LATER TO SORT THINGS OUT.
