Jared was very respectful of my time and finished his work as scheduled.

Wonderful Jerad did a fabulous job and was very respectful with our time. He let us know each day when he would be coming, let me know when he was leaving and was very neat with little dust.

Jared worked with and around the other trades until the staining/finishing when he was given exclusive access. He was on time and when scheduled.
Craftmanship was excellent. The edges and corners are correctly mitered and joined. Rises were identified by hand and sanded flat. Knots, pinholes, and other indentations were filled and sanded smooth.
Dust was never an issue.
The floor is beautiful and he deserves applause for his skill.

Divine Hardwoods came to the rescue, and the experience was a 10 out of 10 . It is a long process, and we had to leave the house because of the Polyurethane odors. We knew this going into the project. Jared was extremely clean, never left a mess, explained everything as it went. Beautiful results. Could not be happier.

My experience was very very positive. This is the fourth time I have used them.

Jared, the owner, came and quoted my job and sent me a detailed quote via email. He then came and laid stain color samples on my existing floor for me to make a decision on color. This was an essential piece to making my decision. He then scheduled a time to do the installation and refinishing. He showed up on time and got right to work. He installed the new floors and was very accepting of allowing us to remain in our home while he did this. He was working on the first floor so we were definitely around. I am sure it would have been easier to have us gone, but he was absolutely fine with us there. Then he had to stain the floors and coat them. We did move out at this time so that he could complete the work. He was so professional, kind, and patient with me and my questions. He consulted me on things he felt would be important for me to be in the know on. He completed the job within the time frame we discussed. My floors are amazing! He was professional and did above and beyond what I would have expected. He was also very clean and respectful of our house when he wasn't working by organizing his equipment and cleaning up daily.

I hired Divine Floors after they renovated hardwood floors on the second floor of my house in conjunction with a remodeling project. Contractor's price was competitive, and they were willing to help move and replace my heavy furniture free of charge. Since I have worked with the firm previously, and they had done the work while I was out of town, I trusted them to do the same thing for this job. The bid was returned promptly, and the price was competitive with others I'd received. The work was done within the time frame we had discussed. As mentioned previously, the contractor was willing to come back and repair a few scratches I have unfortunately inflicted trying to move some furniture on my own. The contractor is very pleasant, professional. It was easy to work with him.
