Overtorqued and Overpriced. Same Labor Rates as Dealership at about $200 per Hour with Hit and Miss Repairs. NOT Happy. Went in for a full brake job on a 2010 Prius. I supplied pads and rotors for all 4 axles. Was informed that, in addition, both rear calipers needed replacement. Total bill was estimated at about $1800. I swallowed hard and said OK. Went in to pick up vehicle next day. Lug Nuts were over torqued on all 4 wheels forcing me to return vehicle. Promised all was good. One week later, replaced rear brake caliper was leaking and turning on multiple dash lights. Asked for a price reduction from their $1100 labor bill (for 5 hours work). I was told "You agreed to it." How about I agree to never let you touch my families' vehicles again and inform the public of your sloppy and overpriced service?! I requested to take my vehicle to an alternate shop of my choice to complete repairs at Victory's expense. Victory insisted that I return it to them. Questions about how my vehicle was repaired went unanswered / ignored. Two separate inquires from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Minnesota State Attorney General's office could not get them to admit their sloppy work. My position is that Victory Auto has failed to demonstrate a level of competency from their two prior errors that I can in good faith trust them to complete the repairs completely and safely. Hence my request for reimbursement and to take my vehicle to an alternate garage of my choice. You may think that I'm a whiny customer who is never satisfied. I don't believe that's true. I had an ongoing relationship with another garage that lasted over 30 years. That garage owner has since retired. In those 30 years, I NEVER had a single issue with a vehicle's repair quality. Since visiting Victory, I am two for two on Poor / Subpar service. First visit, they misdiagnosed an AC issue. I eventually solved it myself. Second and more serious visit, I am left with a vehicle that I have had to have another shop correct Victory's errors for an additional $400 prior to it being road worthy. I'm 63 years old. Been wrenching and working on cars since I was 13. I've never seen a more messed up Shop. AVOID!

Every time I've had a reason to come for service, it's always excellent. Always courteous encounter. Absolute trust in their integrity and quality. Confident they don't charge me for what I DON'T need.

This was my second time using Victory in Chanhassen. They are always very polite, professional, and honest. I have no idea about cars, and I trust them to tell me what needs to be done and what can wait. They have never made me feel stupid or pressured me into getting work I didn't need. They did give me a complimentary loaner - which was not the greatest, but it got me to work and made me appreciate my vehicle. This place isn't the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for: quality work, quick turn around, and awesome customer service. Your car is such an investment - why would you want anything less? I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

It went okay. There were no complaints. They were a little sloppy in positioning the rear view mirror on the windshield. That had to be redone. They had to do some rework. They responded once they had the glass. They were punctual. They were pretty decent. I would use them in the future.

Took a while because Prius cabin air filter not in stock. It cost more than expected so rough quote on the phone was quite a bit lower. They also charged for tire rotation, which I could have done free elsewhere. I have no way of knowing hoe good any mechanical work I'd, here or anyplace else, but they were recommended on Angie's List so I assume it was well do e.

The service turned out fine. They did what they said they were going to do. They quoted me a price. The quote didn't match the price, it was a little bit higher, but I understand that. The staff was professional. The overall buying experience was good.

I love them. They're great. They've been servicing my vehicles for two years, maybe three now. I've had engine replacement service, oil changes on a regular basis and they do all of my tire rotations; everything They have just been amazing. It was a recommendation from a friend originally. I had a Jeep and I needed some servicing on it so he recommended it. He uses it for his own bunch of cars that he has. I think that they're a little high on some things. I like the cleanliness of their facility. They also have coffee, popcorn and sodas so I'm willing to pay that extra money to be able to sit and work or bring my children in a clean environment. They are extremely responsible and responsive. I will always use them.

I had good service there, no problem at all. I think I used a coupon for the oil change. They do good work. It?s convenient and it?s close. It?s local to where I live.
There cost is maybe a little higher than average. I think you can probably find some cheaper places but I don?t think it?s a good thing.
