It went fine. They were professional, courteous, timely and returned my phone calls. I have no complaints except that their bid was very high for the kitchen remodel. The window bid was very reasonable, though. ($65,000.00)

We met to discuss our goal of a basement that would work for us today and transition into a more sophisticated space in the future. They had creative ideas on how to maximize space & achieve our needs. Because of the requirements (moving a bathroom and adding walls & windows), we took a consultation from an architect with whom they partner. This helped to ensure that we had a sound plan & a good feel to the basement & that we were maximizing the usability of the space. The team managed the time and cost effectively. They were responsive as a few things changed (based on our desire for a more complex bathroom set-up) during the course of the project. We used some design assistance to help narrow down items during the selection process, which made things move along much faster. The team of people was trustworthy, professional, and courteous. The space is beautiful, open, & comfortable & is consistent with the look and feel of the original construction of the rest of the house.
