I would recommend NTC Homes. So far the work has been going slow, but that is a problem of a sub-contractor. Everything else is going well. They have done excellent work. They have a great ability to deal with unexpected problems. When they pulled the cabinets they found some mold. They battled snow drifts and worked inside and outside to get it back in shape again. It should not affect the budget too much. They do a good job at coming up with solutions to odd situations. They should be done by the end of the month. We are waiting for cabinets to come in and the rest of the countertops. We found as close a match as we could to the laminate that runs throughout the house. They did a lot of research to track down the manufacturer of the flooring to get as close a match as possible. They pulled is up carefully to use as much as we could and they laid it so you would not notice the difference unless you pointed it out. They did a good job.
