They did a fantastic job and got every spot in our house after having construction for about a month.

This is tough. My wife and I have been Mint Victoria customers since we moved into our home about eight years ago and today we finally had to let them go. Let me start by saying that as far as the actual house cleaning went, overall the work was done very well and we were quite satisfied. Additionally, the crew members were friendly, punctual and trustworthy. The owner, John Riley is truly one of the nicest people I've ever done business with. The problem was breakage. Lots and lots of breakage. In the years that Mint Victoria has been coming to our home they have, during the hours of their weekly visits, broken more household items than my wife and I combined. And we live here around the clock, year after year. Plates, drinking glasses, wine glasses, vases, soap dishes, candle holders and so on. In every room of the house, from relatively inconsequential knickknacks, to the lenses on the outside deck lights, to pieces of art valued at thousands of dollars. They have continued to drop and chip and break. We made John aware of these events and have, over the years, pleaded, cajoled and scolded to no avail. The general attitude has always seemed to be that the company is insured to replace damaged items and well, accidents just happen. No amount of discussion led to an understanding that, while in a customer's home, careful attention and respect should be paid to their belongings. After a while repeated behavior simply stops being and accident and some things in our home have more than monetary value and can't just be replaced. They have been broken too. I cannot overstate how much we wanted to to avoid having to let John and Mint Victoria go. I am sorry that we were left with no other choice. I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

Excellent! Team arrived as promised and the team did great work.

They did a very superficial job and missed many obvious areas. New carpet, paint and windows had been completed at the property, but after they cleaned there were marks on the walls and windows; light switches, ceiling fans and bannisters hasn't been wiped; tracks of sliding glass doors weren't vacuumed or wiped; kitchen backsplash was wiped, but not scrubbed, leaving dirty grout; and the edges of the carpet weren't vacuumed. The owner was very nice and sent the cleaners out again. However, the overall work was still substandard.

I initiated a conversation with John and requested a bid for house cleaning.  He was very prompt in responding, made an appointment to come to the house (on a Saturday!!), arrived on time, provided an estimate on the spot and scheduled cleaning. The team arrived on the following Tuesday. They did a fantastic job top to bottom. I couldn't be happier with the work. I will schedule with Mint Victoria on a quarterly basis to deep clean.

They did an excellent job. However I did think they were a bit pricey.

We were impressed, actually. Within an hour, we had a commitment of a time and they pulled it off. Very impressed.

In a, "Christmas is nearly here and our home is a mess panic," I reached out to John on Friday, December 20th.  Leaving a message, I figured that they would be either be completely booked until after January 1 or weren't accepting new customers.  He promptly returned my message within ten minutes and surprised me with, "we can get out there on Monday."  He set the bar high advising how thorough of a job his company does.
He lived up to his word, and we arrived home to a very clean home on Monday afternoon.  No funky chemical smells, no dust-crumbs-lint anywhere.  Especially impressed with removal of any sign of a regularly shedding English Pointer hair. 
In the end, John advised they spent an hour more than what he estimated-but didn't charge me more.
Very professional, great follow through, and money was well spent.

They come in once a month and charges $125. They are very complete and dependable. They are very thorough, friendly, and their price is good. They are consistently meeting our expectations and consistently doing a good job.

The team arrived a little later than originally discussed, but they called me to let me know about the schedule change.  They took as long as they estimated they weould take and left my house when they were completed (I was not home).  I found a few places where they did not clean as thouroughly as I would have liked, but I didn't bring it up to them or ask them to come back to fix it.

They arrived on time with all their own products and equipment. They were pleasant and professional. They appeared to follow a specific sequence of routines. Two cleaners had their own tasks. They left their shoes at the door and wore slippers while they worked in the house. At the end, they backed out of the house polishing the last section of wood they cleaned and said goodby. I felt they did a very good job at cleaning my home.

We got their name off Angie's List. They send two people to do the work. They are reliable and dependable. The quality of the work they do is fine. We change the day once in a while and they have been very responsive to that. I cannot comment on their punctuality because I am not there. The manager who came out was very professional.

I was please to see that one of the individuals that came spoke English.  I appreciate being able to converse with the crew.  They did a great job for me.

Fabulous!  Mint Victoria is a bit pricey but worth it!  They did an excellent job, incredibly detailed.

Mint Victoria is always on time. The cleaning crew does a professional job from start to finish. They are quick but very thorough. Nothing is not clean when the crew leaves. They are the best!

Mint Victoria does a good job. I have to remind them of certain things, but they always do what I ask. They are pricey, but I trust them and they are insured.

Two people were to come and clean the house and then the supervisor was to inspect the work. The supervisor/driver helped clean as they were in a hurry to go to another job. Some things were cleaned well, others not so well. Overall, not up to my expectations, nor the expectations they set when setting up the job. They were not careful in putting items back (including furniture) and did not put some items back (chairs, tables left out, not pushed back to the wall). They knocked headers off of the wood blinds, and rather than replace them, placed them on the window frames, also broke a statue on the mantel. and rather than let us know (had they told us, I would have understood and it would not have been a big deal), left the pieces on the mantel. I was not satisfied with the work.

I was referred to Mint Victoria by an independent cleaner who was not able to work on the schedule I needed. They first did my move-in cleaning and the every other week cleanings of my home. The experience has been fantastic. I have been a client for 3 years, which is a long time for me and my track record with cleaning services. They clean to the specifics you set for your home. They are very flexible on schedule if you need to move things around on occasion. They are very professional, from the owner, to the Managers and staff.

THE OWNER IS VERY POLITE AND A NICE MAN. I HATE TO DO THIS, BUT I BELIEVE IN ANGIE'S LIST AND IT'S CONCEPT. AS NICE AS THE OWNER IS, UNFORTUNATELY HE DOESN'T HAVE CONTROL OVER HIS MANAGER OR STAFF. THE MANAGER DOES A POOR JOB OF MANAGING, IS NOT VERY POLITE AND DOES NOT LIKE IT WHEN I CRITICIZED THE WORK. HE ALWAYS HAS AN EXCUSE OR GIVES ME AN EVIL LOOK. THE MANAGER DOES A POOR JOB OF TRAINING THE STAFF AND PASSING THE INFORMATION ON TO THE WORKERS AND THE OWNER. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE ELSE EVER AGAIN.

THEY ALWAYS HAVE A CREW OF TWO TO THREE PEOPLE INCLUDING THE MANAGER. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED THEY WILL GLADLY CORRECT ANY PROBLEMS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM BETTER THAN A'S I WOULD. WILL GIVE AN ESTIMATE AND COST VARIES. THE OWNER SUGGESTED THAT I HAVE MY HOME CLEANED ONCE A MONTH BECAUSE MY HOME IS NOT THAT DIRTY. COMPANY IS VERY COST EFFECTIVE.
