I go to Life Spa specifical for the massge therapist, John Mckinely. I love working with him. Most importantly is how I feel after the massages. After the massage it releaves the stress built up and my muscles are relaxed and the soreness is gone. I have also done corrective excercises with Life Spa. Learning to stretch and corrective excercises have been very beneficial. Everything Mr. McKinely has recommended so far to help myslef has been a real benefit. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. John McKinely has been a massage therapist for 10 years. Life Spa has a very excperienced staff. That is one reason the price can be so expensive. Other than the price Life Spa is such a benefit and help to me.

Laura is the best massage therapist I have ever had! She listens well and adjusts her treatments to exactly what you may need that day. I would recommend her to anyone -- and I have!

I started seeing Mike during the first trimester of my pregnancy for a prenatal massage. I was so impressed that I continued to see him weekly while I carried my twins. His technique helped me tremendously when when my body was trying to adjust to carrying twins. He is also very friendly and professional.
