I have met a lot of real estate agents in my life. This gentleman gets it. He understands and he works hard. I sat down an compared what he does to other agents and hands down, he does more. I suppose if you don't listen to him or you want way more then you home is worth that you might have a bad experience buy I have always asked him for his advice and he has never steered me wrong. Only one other agent in the entire list actually spends a lot of money on extra marketing. If you are really looking to sell your home or get good advice when you buy a home, I would at least interview this fellow. Judge for yourself.

Joe met w/us and explained why all of their mktg. efforts make them superior to other agents. He explained that having a support staff like his allows them to provide superior customer service. Once we signed on, they installed the wrong signs in our yard, then would not come take them out, so we had to do it ourselves to avoid paying penalties to our association. He never returned phone calls-he would email or have his secretary call for him. They did not do any of the promised mktg. unless we hounded them for weeks. When we asked to cancel, they would not return calls or send us the cancellation forms until we threatened to contact a lawyer, then tried the change the terms of the agreement (time after canceling, that they would still receive commission if house was sold to a Realtor who had viewed the home while they were our Realtor) from the original 90 days to 6 months. It was a very bad experience overall with very few showings when they were our Realtors.
