Todd and his group are super to work with. This is one repair shop that I not only rely on to work on my vehicle’s, but also trust to be completely honest regarding any issues. Very timely repairs, honest pricing and standout customer service. I highly recommend giving them a try.

This is for the Hutchinson location. I have always had great service at Jand R, they are always honest and very accommodating. The waiting area is clean and relaxing, with the keurig a welcome change from other shops I have seen. Unless I need warranty work on my car Jand R is the only place I will go. There $80.00 punch card is well worth buying with 50% off, and free oil changes. The price I paid today is from a 50% off full service oil change.

Checked around a number of locations for 4 new tires for my Honda Civic. Have had work done by Todd at Jand R in the past, he was very timely in giving quote and also insight on tires for my car, could not pass up the deal, knowing that the service would be there based on past experiences. Free coffee and wifi while you wait.

Service was available immediately, and was prompt, thorough, and completed within the time promised. Ultimately it was determined the needed repair would be covered by warranty. Over a number of years, we've taken several cars, SUV's, and a truck in for a wide variety of reasons and all were addressed with the same care. If needed, I'd trust them with our 71 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale convertible.

They're fabulous and they treat us like family. They're wonderful and they're honest which is really, really good. I would tell anyone to go to them. They're fair and very knowledgeable. Both of our cars are over 10 years old and one is a foreign car, a BMW, and the other is a Honda. I've not taken them anywhere else except for Jand R Auto. As BMW's get old they get expensive and parts just go on them and they were able to beat the dealer price on everything. We've just had that car in there and it's running great. We were with a group of other people that also use the same service provider at a restaurant and saw one of their head mechanics. He bought us a round of appetizers and we thought that was very nice. All of sudden we got all these appetizers, but we didn't order it and the waiter said it was the guy at the bar. There he was sitting there ordering his food and it was pretty responsible that he didn't order us drinks which I thought was also very good.
