They did a complete cleaning top to bottom as I expected from a house cleaner.  They used gentle, non-toxic products, and my home smelled wonderful when they were done.  I would definitely use them again.

They are very reliable, they do a good job, and they don't break anything!  We have been very pleased with the quality of the work they do.  We have a house that doesn't get that dirty because we don't have any small children or pets in the house so 3 hours is ample time to do a good job.

This company was supposed to come back July 7th to come and clean my home again.  I opened a letter on July 2nd that state that they no longer had the personnel to come and clean my home.  This only left me with one business day to try to find a new cleaning service before I was supposed to have an event at my home.  They just left me out on a limb with very short notice.  In my opinion any professional company would give at least two weeks notice.

They do not deliver what they advertise on their website.  One example of this is that they say that they will wipe down the cupboards in your kitchen and your bath and mine was never done once.   The owner bragged that they "tailor specific services to your need and lifestyle" and that they rely on communication from their clients.  In another instance I noticed there were toothpaste stains on my mirror and I asked if this could be taken care of and she said this was done and that they don't come off.  I walked over there to try to wipe it off myself and it came right off.  They are very antagonistic about any type of criticism.  

In another instance there was a rug of mine that was torn by Dawn when she shook it.  I came home to find it laying in my garage.  When I found this and asked Dawn what had happened to the rug she didn't acknowledge it, but she finally admitted that she had "accidentally" torn the rug in half.  They were indignant and unempathetic about damaging this rug. The terrible thing about this is that it was a special rug that was irreplacable and it had sentimental value to me because my husband had purchased it for me in another country.  They never even extended an apology or offer to try and get this rug repaired or replaced.  

The attitude and demeanor of the owner is abrupt, brusk, and whenever I try speaking with her she speaks over me and acts like the only person she wants to hear is herself.   

I LIKE THAT THEY DO THE WORK BY THE JOB AND NOT BY THE HOUR. THEY USE TO SEND TWO GIRLS AND NOW THEY JUST SEND ONE, SO IT IS TAKING TWICE AS LONG. I HAVE ALSO FOUND DUST LINES WHERE IT IS OBVIOUS THEY DUSTED AROUND THINGS. I HAVE STUCK WITH THEM BECAUSE OF THE PRICE. BUT WE ARE ALSO GETTING WHAT WE PAY FOR TO A CERTAIN DEGREE.
