Ron was timely returning calls and easy to make an appointment with. His quote was was what he charged. He is the most thorough professional I have seen. He completely cleaned the vent, then cleaned inside and under dryer. This meant partially dismantling the dryer to make sure he could remove lint and dust. He reassembled the clean dryer and reconnected it to the vent. The dryer wouldn’t dry before his work and now is like new.

Ron's initial visit was to provide an estimate for the work, he came to take a look of my existing ducting that I needed some work on and he made the recommendation that we just replace it all as the cost would be similar. 

After we made the decision to use him for this service, we were able to get him scheduled within the same week. He showed up on time for the service, did the work in about the expected amount of time, took care to cover floors where needed, and cleaned up his work area after the fact.

The flexible exhaust tubing from my dryer became dis-attached from the metal piping that vented to the outside and
the dryer was spewing hot humid air into the air space above my ceiling.  Ron diagnosed the problem, found the location of the exhaust, cut a minimal size hole in the ceiling, reattached and secured the tubing and then repaired the access hole.  He also thoroughly cleaned the entire system, including the inside of the dryer.  He cleaned up after himself, leaving no mess whatsoever, and the drywall repair he did was excellent -- so good that you won't notice it unless you know it's there.

He cleaned up after himself and did not make a mess. I have recommended him to other people. He was very professional, I had someone out here the same day, however said they were excellent. Turned out they were not. My duct work from the dryer was hanging, I had the air hose blowing in my face, Freedom Air Service surpassed the first provider I had out the same day.

Ron did an excellent job cleaning a bad buildup of lint out of our dryer vent that is approximately 20 feet long working from both outside and the inside of the house.  He also thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer itself.   Reduced drying time significantly and I'm sure it greatly reduced the risk of a fire as well.
I'm writing this in July 2014 as I just called him to clean all the air ducts and dryer vent in a rental property I own and realized I did not write a review after his work in November.
I am using him again and would definitely recommend his services to anyone.

Went great for beginning to end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Found Ron on Angie's List and hired him due to the other great reviews. Previously had my air vents cleaned when getting rugs cleaned, but will never do that again.
Scheduled an appointment a few days in advance. Ron called 15 minutes before arrival, just like he said he would do. Showed up right on time and went to work. Ron cleaned not only the dryer vents, but also the lint build-up in the dryer. He was very thorough in his work, much more than anyone else that has ever cleaned our dryer vents. Ron was also very courteous to keep everything clean including the carpets.
Ron does a great job and takes pride in his work. Price was reasonable for cleaning a dryer vent system that was very long (50 feet). Save yourself the worry of fire from clogged dryer vents and get them done by a professional that will take the time to get the job done right for a good process.

I contacted Freedom Air Service as I like to use local small companies when I can. Ron answered the phone and was able to schedule me for a cleaning the same day I called. He cleaned out the dryer vent duct which is about 20 feet long. He took his time to do it right and had the right tools to do the job. I have run several loads through the dryer and it is now back to normal. I will use Freedom Air Service again and clean my dryer vent more often.

Ron Kramer did a fantastic job of cleaning out our dryer vent! He not only cleaned the vent, he cleaned the inside of the dryer and all of the lint build-up on the floor under and around it! He does a very thorough job. We are very pleased with the results, and confident that our home is safer as a result of his work, since our venting and dryer were both completely full of lint. We will be hiring him to do duct cleaning as well. We very highly recommend Freedom Air Service to anyone who needs vent or duct work cleaning!

It went great start to finish. He came out to take a look at the scope of the job, came back exactly when he said he would and did a complete, thorough and professional job.

Great; SO MUCH LINT removed from dryer vent. WOW!!! He also re-vented my system to make it so the lint wouldn't collect as much. Very professional and did a great job.

My husband and I bought our house (built in the 80's) in Aug 2006. The previous owners had a cat in the house, and I'm deathly allergic, so it was very important that we had all the ducts cleaned as well as the dryer vent (to eliminate as much pet hair and dander and possible) before we moved in. Ron gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of the house (how big, how many vents, etc). He was on time and very consider of our house with his equipment. The previous owners also had a small child and so Ron found several and quot;toysand quot; in our vents (showing them to us as he found them). The job took longer than Ron anticipated - but he stayed until it was done. I couldn't have asked for a more thorough job. In fact, when he was leaving (long past dinner time) he asked if he could come back the next day for a couple of hours because he thought that he could do a little more work on the dryer vent. We happily agreed because as stated previously, we wanted to start out in our new house with everything as clean as possible. Ron also indicated that his estimate was a little low, but told us that he wasn't going to change the price - what he quoted was all we had to pay. The next day when Ron returned to do the extra work on our dryer vent, we wrote the check for higher than our estimate to help cover the added costs. We truly believed that we got the BEST guy for the job and couldn't have been happier with his committment to and quot;do the job rightand quot;. We will absolutely use him again in the future - in fact, we hope to get him out first thing this spring.
