Al was incredible with his work completed in my house! Prior to Al arriving and using his product, my new home was unlivable with how bad the smoke smells were in the house. Upon arriving, Al was extremely informative and detailed with the work that he was completing to help with the house smells. Throughout the entire cleaning process, he was very professional and respectful to my home and space, all while providing appropriate recommendations to assist with eliminating smoke and pet odors. Our house had been rented to someone who broke the freezer then abandoned the property without telling us.  Meat was rotting in the warm fridge for weeks.  By the time we got to it there were swarms of maggots and a horrible, putrid smell.  An attempt was made at cleaning the fridge but instead it had to be thrown away.  Even after the fridge/ freezer was out of the house, the putrid smell of weeks old rotting meat remained.  It was intolerable to the point where we had to wear respirators to go anywhere near the kitchen. We called an exterminator who gave us the phone number for EIEIOdors.  I called him desperate to find someone to help us get rid of the smell.  Allen called right back late on a Monday and went to the house on Wednesday.  He offered to meet us there but we were not able to go.  Before he did the work he assured us that his work is 100% guaranteed.  He sounded too good to be true and I doubted that anything in this world short of burning down the house would make the odor disappear.  That said, I was at the house after he left and the putrid smell was 98% gone.  He suggested leaving some windows cracked and assured us that while he is happy to go back and re-treat, he usually does not have to.  Allen also treated the residual animal smell that remained in the house even though 2000 square feet of dog feces and urine soaked carpets had been removed. When I inspected the house after his treatment, I noticed a residual garbage smell in the house and every once in a while I thought I could smell rotting meat when in the kitchen but even standing in the spot where the fridge had been I could not smell any putrid odor.  I mentioned this to Allen.  He has offered to go back and re-treat if we'd like.  We just had cleaners to the house and once I go back I will see if he needs to re-treat.  He backs his work 100% even if months from now there is a hint of residual rotting meat or animal odor.
