Brian called back the same day I reached out to him, and actually came to my business location to pick up my computer. He completed the repair over the weekend so I was able to avoid downtime. I would definitely recommend his services!

 + -1 moreBrian called right away, came over the next day and looked at the computer and worked on it at our home for period of time to try and fix right away but ended up taking the computer back to his office and repaired it in a couple of days which is also the day that he promised. Have had the computer back for about 3 weeks and it is working great. Very polite and professional. I will be using Brian for all my computer issues in the future. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Fixed a very bad Trojan virus and screen resolution problem that Geek Squad could not repair.

He was right on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. A wonderful company (and person.) Excellent job. I'd highly recommend this company for any computer work you might want to have done.
Description of Work: I had him transfer my computer parts (mother board, hard drives, graphics card, USB card, Blu-Ray drive, card reader, power supply, hydro cooler) from an old case to a new one.

Description of Work: Found reason for the Weight Watcher site to be almost unusable (on my laptop). He installed Chrome and corrected this. Found the reason for printed material size to be so small (on my PC). Corrected and showed us how to correct on our own.

 + -1 moreAs usual, everything went well. Brian is always able to schedule us in within a few days. I'm confident that if we had an emergency he'd be able to respond even more quickly. During this visit he upgraded our anti-virus software, defragmented each computer, removed all existing threats, and just simply got the computers running more efficiently and more safely.
Description of Work: Brian is the owner and currently the sole technician of Clickstart, LLC. For more than 5 years he has helped me set up and maintain our wireless home computer system. Since I believe it's good to have the system checked out occasionally, I ask him to come in and do this every 6 to 9 months. During this last visit he checked out and upgraded 4 computers.
