I am in a Home Owners Association but the company that does the lawn and snow removal and landscaping is Beniek Property Services. They do everything on a regular basis, they are on contract. The cost is part of an association fee and so I don't have a specific amount for just me. Their pricing is very reasonable. We have re-contracted with them for another year and so, I would use them again. If it snows at night, they are contracted to come out at 6:30 am but if it snows during the day, they are contracted to come out in the evening, usually about an hour after it stops snowing. It depends on when it stops. The workers are very professional. They are efficient and they have got great equipment. They are very good.
