THE OWNER'S SON INSTALLED IT AND THE CONNECTION HAD A SMALL LEAK AND THE DRAINAGE LINE WENT INTO THE WRONG DRAIN. I CALLED THE OWNER AND HE CAME OUT AND FIXED EVERYTHING. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN, BUT WOULD MAKE SURE THAT THE OWNER WOULD INSTALL IT. MAKE SURE THE JOB IS DONE CORRECTLY AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO CALL AND ASK QUESTIONS IF SOMETHING DOESN'T SEEM RIGHT. ALWAYS ASK FOR SPECIALS OR DISCOUNTS.
