STEPHEN LAMMERS

My husband and I were trying to decide whether to build onto our house or buy a new. We met Stephen Lammers at an open house and really liked him. He spent a great deal of time talking to us regarding our current home, it's price and potential, and then many days showing us other homes. He did a great job of educating us not only to the value of our home but also to the home selling and buying process. He was patient with us and most important, honest. He was not afraid to tell us what he thought and would also push us to be open and honest with him. He has great contacts in the Maple Grove/Champlin area and is wonderful to work with. We decided against selling our home, mostly because of where mortgage rates are at, but if and when we change our mind, he will be our first call!!
